Upon logging into Q4 Press you are presented with a Dashboard that displays a real-time snapshot of each press release that you are involved in – immediately providing all the details you need to collaborate effectively on your press releases and documents. An important aspect of the dashboard is that it continuously updates as things change and provides you with key information such as, who has viewed the document, what version they provided comments on, whether their changes have been handled and if there is anything outstanding that you specifically need to do.

For each release that you are assigned to you can quickly see: title, version number, current phase, what your role is, when the release is slated for completion and who the author is. As well, each release also includes the real-time workflow status of the document which details who the participants are, what version they are currently reviewing, whether or not the author has handled their changes and what their current broadcast status is.

If you are the author of the release you are able to “Edit the Press Release”, if you are a reviewer or approver you are able to “Review the Press Release” and provide comments and edits back to the author.
