Each time you send your document to your reviewers or approvers for feedback, you will be using the feature known as Broadcasting. From the Broadcast screen you are able to select the reviewers and approvers whose feedback is required for your document.

Rather than sending the document via email, Q4 Press sends an email notification to the person with instructions on how to log into the system. The benefit of using email notifications is that no sensitive information is sent through unsecured email. All sensitive information is only made available through Q4 Press.

When broadcasting, you’re able to send the document to those participants involved in your current phase. (This group is typically configured when the author created the press release.) You can also add or delete broadcast participants by going back to the document screen and selecting edit properties.
