How to Exclude a Press Release from the ‘Latest’ Press Release section in Q4 WEB

Scenario: You may want to hide a press release that is showing on your ‘Latest Press Release’ or ‘Recent News’ section but still allow it to be displayed on your main news releases page.

How to do it:

  1. Login to your admin console at http://yourdomain/login.aspx
  2. Click the ‘Content Admin -> Press Releases’ menu item
  3. Edit the press release you wish to remove from the list of press releases
  4. Scroll down the page and you will see a “exclude from latest” checkbox
  5. Check that box, save/submit and publish the press release.
